Sustainability made easy for concrete masonry

Get on demand, plant specific, verified EPD's and transparent carbon data for every product, without slowing down production.

Make concrete masonry jobs easier. Power carbon-informed decisions.

Stay ahead of LEED requirements and relevant regulations while you keep your concrete block lines running.

Unlimited EPDs Across Mixes and Plants

Generate as many Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) as needed, for any mix design, across any number of plants — without manual duplication or one-off modeling.

Product-Level, Not Plant Averages

Models emissions at the process and product level, avoiding blunt facility-wide averages that can misrepresent individual Concrete Block products and mix designs.

Real Concrete Masonry Carbon Accounting

Accounts for natural carbon sequestration in concrete block, aligning EPD results with how block actually behaves over time — not just how emissions are reported at the factory gate.

Trusted by the Concrete Masonry Industry

Built on high-quality, product-specific data and an industry-backed methodology, including development of the U.S. Concrete Masonry industry average with CMHA and selection to deliver the Canadian industry average — keeping EPDs credible and review-ready.

Simple product insights

View all your mixes in one dashboard. Compare carbon, cement, and aggregate usage across plants or specific products. Our Mix Library makes it easy to find and reuse proven, lower-carbon designs that already perform well. Our emissions estimator allows you to save draft reports which can be used as sales assets in bid conversations that help you build carbon informed brands in regions with specifiers that lead to repeat orders.

Only Counts What You Actually Do

Your verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) instantly set you apart from competitors who can’t meet today’s CALGreen, Buy Clean, and LEED expectations. With stronger environmental data, you win more specs, stay compliant without extra admin work, and position your blocks as the preferred choice on low-carbon projects—delivering real revenue impact.

Frequently asked questions

Backed by a decade of concrete block and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) expertise — here’s what concrete masonry producers ask us most.

Will this slow down our production?

No — we collect data remotely, work around your production schedule, and handle the paperwork behind the scenes. You keep producing — we keep your carbon data accurate and bid-ready.

Are these EPDs credible and recognized for LEED?

Yes. Our EPDs are prepared to ISO, EN, and PCRs commonly accepted by LEED, Buy Clean, and major procurement programs, and are issued to be submitted for those programs — acceptance is subject to each procurement program's and program operator’s individual criteria.

How long does it take to get verified EPDs?

With the pre-verified software for ISO 21930 masonry EPDs, the modelling is usually completed in a few days to weeks; your responsiveness typically determines the pace. Independent third-party verification is a separate step (and cost) and commonly adds time to the process. The good news is that once your plant specific system is verified, so is every report authored by it, meaning you are ready to bid green concrete jobs instantly.

How often do EPD rules change for block?

Complementary or sub-category PCRs are commonly revised on a 5-year cycle; however program operator rules and national regulations may differ and may be amended before the five years is up — if a PCR is not updated after five years, it expires. We monitor these changes on our end and alert you if and when action is needed to remain in compliance, so your documentation will always be current. Note that just because a PCR expires, does not mean that your existing EPDs that comply with that PCR are no longer valid — EPDs will remain valid for their own five year validity period, irrespective of the PCR's validity.

What data do we need for a block EPD?

We use your existing production inputs — cement, SCMs, aggregates, admixtures, energy, and packaging — to model your products’ footprint. No need to collect new measurements; most customers provide data via exports from QC systems, ERPs/CRMs and supplier or utility provided reports. During onboarding we perform data mapping and validation so records are consistent.
