Sustainability made easy for dry mix

The best and only provider of dry mix Environmental Product Declations and carbon reports.

Make dry mix jobs easier. Power carbon-informed decisions.

Translate your dry mix formulations, packaging data, and production energy into verified reports that prove your sustainability leadership.

Reliable Dry Mix Plant Data

Production data lives everywhere — in formulas, batch sheets, and packaging reports. Gathering it all for EPDs feels impossible. We make it effortless. As the first and only provider of dry mix EPDs, we can easily translate your existing data into verified results without interrupting production.

Always Ahead of Standards

There’s no clear roadmap for EPDs in dry mix — yet. Regulations for concrete and mortar are changing fast, and packaged products are next. We stay ahead of evolving PCRs and Buy Clean requirements so you don’t have to guess what’s coming.

Got a Lean Team? No Problem

Your team’s already stretched — running lines, managing quality, keeping up with orders. The last thing you need is more paperwork. We act as your off-site sustainability department, handling every step of the EPD process from data collection to verification.

EPDs That Build Trust

Dry mix EPDs are new territory — and that means credibility matters most. We’ve set the benchmark for transparent, product-specific EPDs that specifiers and builders can trust. The result: reports that earn confidence, not skepticism, and give your products a leadership position in sustainability.

Easy to Explain EPDs

Many producers ask: “What exactly should our EPD include — the mix, the bag, or both?” We make it clear. We document it step by step, so your sales team can confidently say: “Environmental Product Declarations includes every stage from material sourcing to the bag leaving our plant.”

Clear ROI

Your verified dry mix EPD isn’t just compliance — it’s a differentiator. We help you publish and promote it in Environmental Product Declarations library and green product databases, putting your brand in front of architects, retailers, and contractors searching for low-carbon materials.

Frequently asked questions

Backed by a decade of dry mix and Environmental Product Declaration expertise — here’s what dry mix producers ask us most.

How do we integrate this into daily operations without disrupting production?

We’ve designed our process to fit your workflow. Your team's time commitment is minimal — most data already lives in your spreadsheets and utility logs and invoices, so once you provide these records, the rest is handled by us remotely. The result: a verified EPD without slowing production or adding extra work to your team.

How do new procurement policies (like Buy Clean) affect our dry mix products?

Buy Clean policies are evolving, and while they focus on ready mix concrete and cement now, dry mix is next. Having EPDs puts you ahead of the curve and ready for new regulations. We monitor every change and translate what it means for you. When policies expand, you’ll already be qualified — not scrambling to catch up.

Will having an EPD actually help us win business or sell more product?

Absolutely. Being the only producer in your market with verified dry mix EPDs gives you a major edge. Sustainability specs and Buy Clean programs are expanding — and you’ll already meet them. Your verified EPDs position your products for public projects, green procurement, and retailer preference for transparent, low-carbon materials.

What stages should we include – just mixing or everything through packaging and delivery?

The life cycle stages that your precast EPD covers depends on the region you are publishing in, but it will at least cover cradle-to-gate: cement, aggregates, admixtures, reinforcement steel, upstream transportation, and all plant operations. We make sure every relevant material and process is included and documented. Regional requirements may differ and require additional stages to be included, for instance, the c-PCR for the EU requires end-of-life modules to be reported in addition to the production modules. Regardless, we will track down the applicable requirements on our end so you’ll be able to clearly explain to clients what’s included — no missing pieces.

Will our EPD be credible and follow the same requirements as others in the market?

Yes — your EPDs are third-party verified and built to the ISO 21930 or EN 15804 standards, the same core PCRs used by other construction products. We ensure consistency with other verified EPDs in your market so customers can evaluate them confidently. Climate Earth’s name adds instant credibility in the concrete and sustainability world. You’ll have a verified, transparent document that holds up anywhere it’s used.

How much time and money does an EPD actually take for a dry mix plant?

Traditionally, EPDs take months and cost thousands. Working with our LCA experts, you can turn your production data into dry mix EPDs ready to be sent for verification in days or weeks. You get the first-in-market capability to create accurate, affordable EPDs without draining staff time or budgets. After working with your team to collect the required data, we prepare all the documentation and initiate the independent verification for you.

Which PCR applies to dry mix products, and how often do those rules change?

Dry mix EPDs follow the regionally applicable core PCRs. While there is no sub-category PCR for dry-mix in North America at this time, there are c-PCRs for dry mix available in some European jurisdictions. We track every change in requirements so your EPDs will always align with the latest standards in your region — no tracking required on your end.

What data do we actually need to gather for an EPD on a dry mix product?

You’ll need your mix designs (cement, sand, SCMs, admixtures, fibers), supplier logistics, packaging details, and energy use at the plant. Most of this data already exists in your batch records or quality logs. We provide simple templates and guidance to make it easy — no complex reporting required.
